Policy
1. Laundry / Dry-clean Care Commitment
We take the utmost care with your garments and use industry-standard processes to clean and press them. However, all items are cleaned at the customer’s own risk.
2. Stain Removal
We make every reasonable effort to remove stains without damaging the fabric. Some stains may not be completely removable due to fabric type, age of stain, or prior treatment.
3. Damage & Wear

We are not responsible for damage caused by wear and tear, weak fabric, hidden defects, or color fading that becomes apparent during cleaning.

Trims, buttons, sequins, and embellishments may be cleaned at the customer’s risk unless pre-removed by the customer.
4. Lost or Missing Items

In the rare case of a lost item, our liability will not exceed 1 times the cleaning charge of that item and will be based on its fair, depreciated value—not replacement cost.

Claims must be made within 48 hours of collection.
5. Pickup & Delivery

Garments not collected within 30 days may be donated or disposed of.

For delivery services, please inspect your items upon receipt and inform us immediately of any concerns.
6. Labels & Instructions
We follow care label instructions wherever possible. If there is no care label, we will use our professional judgment but cannot be held responsible for unexpected results.
7. Payment & Charges

Payment is due upon collection/delivery unless otherwise agreed.

Special treatments (e.g., stain-proofing, alterations) are charged separately.
8. Customer Responsibilities

Please check all pockets for valuables before handing in garments. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to items left in pockets.

Declare any prior damage or special concerns when leaving garments.
